(Sellers, Buyers or Tenants) as a sincere individual.  If comments about me are
positive ones, then I've accomplished my mission/my goal.
Brunswick Coast Properties began operations in January, 2004.  Initially
established as Island Retreat,  Inc., the property management requests
grew and separating real estate sales  from management became
necessary.  As a one-woman show, it is a benefit for my clients - no middle
man/woman to negotiate commissions!!

The Brunswick Beaches while
very similar are all quite
different.  Each probably claim
to have the best fishing and
golfing in the State!   Some
beaches charge for parking
while others you park for FREE.  
Oak Island, from most
perspectives, has the most
public access points. Known
for their July 4th waterfront
with a spectacular view of the
Cape Fear River, views of Bald
Head Island, as well as the Bald
Head and Oak Island light
house.  Southport  has a city
pier.  The Southport Marina is a
new facility - IT IS NICE!!!   All the
beaches are protective of the
sea turtle habitat - Strictly
enforced guidelines.  Our sand
dunes are also important.  So
PLEASE don't walk on our
dunes!  Need to know more???
